Painting in Gold Harbour
Gold Harbour is one of the most scenic and dynamic places I have ever been to. The wildlife coming and going along the
surf creates the challenge not to trip over something, especially a large elephant seal. I found painting a lake below
the hanging glacier at Gold Harbour, South Georgia, a restful place away from fur seals which can be territorial and contemplated
the shapes of the molting King penguins that appear to be in a retreat of their own.
